Analysis & Design follows a standardized process, based on proven methods and tools. At the core lies a GAP-analysis between where the current state and future ambition. This phase is driven by the Optimi team, but involves most key people in the organization. It’s quick, focused, intensive and identifies what needs to be changed and how to make it happen.

In the performance transformation the benefits and results are realized predictably and consistently based on the deliverables from the Analysis & Design phase.
